Most business reviews look at one side — your numbers, or your website, or your marketing. The Health Check looks at both, by the two people who'll know your business if you go on to work with us.
The finance side, led by Ivelina. A review of your accounting system (Xero, QuickBooks, whatever you use), how your finances are actually being run day-to-day, where the gaps and inefficiencies sit, and what the numbers are — or aren't — telling you about how your business is performing. Where money is being made, where it's leaking, and what you need in place to make better decisions.
The visibility side, led by Darren. A review of how findable your business is online — your website, your Google Business Profile, your local search presence, your reviews, and how you stack up against the businesses competing for the same customers. Where attention is being lost, where it could be earned, and what's worth doing first.
The combined view. The thing only Cassidy & Clarity can do. Both halves brought together into a single set of prioritised recommendations — what to fix first, what to invest in next, and what will actually move the business forward.
Three steps, done in days not weeks.
A short discovery call to understand your business — what you do, who you serve, where you're trying to get to. About 30 minutes.
Then we both work on the review. You give us read-only access to your accounts and your Google Business Profile, and we get on with it. We aim to deliver your report within three working days of having everything we need.
Then a walk-through call together — both of us, you, and the report on the table — to talk through what we found and what we recommend. About an hour, usually within a few days of you receiving the report.
You leave with a written report, a set of prioritised recommendations, and a clear sense of what your next moves should be — whether you go on to work with us or not.
Honest about the work.
We think you should know what you're actually paying for, so here it is.
A Health Check is roughly 10–11 hours of senior time across the two of us. Ivelina spends around three hours on the finance review. Darren spends three to four hours on the visibility audit. Together we spend an hour synthesising and prioritising what we've each found, and another two writing the report properly. Then we both join the walk-through call.
At typical senior consulting rates, that's well over £1,000 of work. We price the Health Check at £495 because it's an entry into the partnership — it deliberately runs at a loss to us, because its job is to give you a real sense of how we work and whether you want to carry on. If you do, the full £495 credits against the first three months of retainer, so the effective cost is zero.
If you don't, you keep the report. No upsell, no follow-up sales calls, no hard feelings.
